We adjourned to the cafe In den Congo across from the church for our refreshments and met up with Sheila there. Unfortunately, the cafe had taken in their outside furniture due to the earlier rain and we had to find our seating inside which meant trying to find some space in an increasingly smoky environment while we were there. The "silver lining" though was the unusually low prices on their beverages ... we're talking ... 1 Euro for coffee, tea and soft drinks ... ,80 Euro cents for a draft beer and 1,80 for a bottled beer!!! Wow ... that was almost worth enduring the stinky atmosphere!!! Cough ... cough ... wheeze, wheeze ...
