Back to cold, rainy and grey Belgium but always happy to walk with friendly Wicwalkers.

We were all delighted that our old friend Jane was able to join our walk today.
Congratulations Jane on the arrival of your grand-daughter!
When the bill came for our refreshments at Mont Blanc, Jane helped us out by resuming her old role of group accountant..... and it felt as if she had never been away.
Come back and see us again soon, Jane!
(and many thanks to Joan for leading today's lovely walk)

A new town and country walk, full of contrasts. We met in brilliant sunshine at a busy square which boasts not only a frite stall to rival place Jourdan (er...so I hear...), but a Van Dyck - St Martin Dividing His Cloak - on display in the church. The route took us through cobbled streets, two parks (one with a colourful display of black and white and red...ducks!) and out into open country. Many thanks to Sue for this addition to the Wicwalk repertoire!
Look, there goes a ... Oh.
There's always another one along soon.
