It was indeed beautiful in the forest this afternoon as we made our way around the route. We were stopped by a forest ranger on a short cut to the tennis club for trespassing on a path for horseback riders only. Since we were almost at the end of the path we were let off with just a warning. We will probably not be traversing this route again until next spring. Whew!!!
