We all had to meet at the Auberge de la Roseraie but because of another big meeting there the car park was full and we had to go and park on route de la Marache. We climbed the little street opposite the church and followed it until we arrived at the Place de Ransbeck which under a grey and misty sky exuded a sort of mysterious charm.
Coming back through the field we walked along the Waterloo golf course which gave Alex the opportunity to show us her swing!
A lovely litlle white farm appeared out of the mist
We were so much under the charm of the neighbourhood that we didn't see the sign "chien mechant" and ended up on private land. A good thing the dog was not outside!!!
But thanks to Christa who took over at a certain point, showing us another circuit, we arrived safely and in time to meet Sheila and her group at Miam. When we tasted the exquisite apple pie with ice cream we understood why the cafe was called Miam!
