Here is the map for the walk. We started by the lake near the yellow marker, then there is a gap because I forgot to switch the GPS on,(I never mind being reminded to do this, if you remember it's as well to check that I've done it!!!). However, adjusting for the missing bit we walked about 7km, took about 1h 30 mins and used 345 calories.
