Mon., Nov. 17th P's Grimbergen Walk
The walkers met up at a parking area not far from the baroque church of Saint Servaas in the small, attractive town of Grimbergen (exit 7 off of the Brussels ring and about 12 kilometers from the center of Brussels). From there we started our walk with a brief visit to the church before heading on out along the streams that took us by the 3 mills in the town. Our many "thanks" go to P who planned and led this walk for us today! We all decided it was a most attractive little town and worth a return visit. Some of us were able to visit the tourist office before we departed later to pick up some maps and local information for next time!
