Fri., Aug. 1st Anne's Tervuren Walk

At the intersection "the Zevenster" we paused for this photo at the site of the three bolders which according to Denzil Walton's brochure on his Tervuren Walk are placed at the meeting of seven avenues. They were said by Denzil to have been dug up by a local farmer and purchased by King Leopold II for 150 Belgian francs and brought here. In the past we had also heard they were the result of a meteor break up. Our "thanks" to Anne (front white shirt) who led us today and to Joan (2 right of Anne) and Jane G (left of Anne) who worked on the route as well as alternatives depending on what the weather would be like today!
