The Charity Lunch

We were all disappointed that Paulette, who had done so much to organise this walk and lunch to raise money for the WIC Charities, could not be with us, and we send her our condolences for her loss and look forward to having her back with us on Friday.

Thank you to Liz for leading us on a lovely autumnal walk in Tervuren, we kept off the main paths in attempt to keep warmer amongst the trees!

And of course many many thanks to Alyane for making us so welcome and for hosting the lunch.  Everything was ready for us when we arrived, and all we had to do was pop our offerings down on the table and help ourselves.  It was lovely to see so many people, and we hope that we will have found a couple of new walkers as well!

Paulette is responsible for the money and will no doubt let us all know how much we have raised in total.
