How lucky we were in Lasne yesterday! The weather was just fantastic. It felt like summer. 

Although we love the Forêt de Soignes very much in all seasons, it was time to go back to our lovely country walks.

A little surprise here! Our path has disappeared in a field.

but the old boat on the side of rue d'Aquinot is still there

Another surprise, a good one this time, awaited us at the end of the way. Our dear friend
Christa spoiled us with marvellous brownies and coffee to be enjoyed in her beautiful garden.

Life is tough isn't it! :)))
