The last time we did this walk we got soaked! But on Monday the sun shone and we all enjoyed a brisk 9km walk in glorious winter walking weather.
En-route we enjoyed a variety of plant and animal life, particularly the animal life - we were captivated by a very very cute baby boar in a field with two small donkeys being the highlight. We were very keen to capture this picture of cuteness, and are grateful to Margaret for her effort (below)
Fortunately Joan had made a video of them!
At the end of the walk we had coffee, and some of us delicious crepes ... the crepes are highly recommended! Thank you Margosha for a lovely afternoon.
Another picture from Margaret: I should perhaps point out that we did not eat in the Frituurke!
