Margaret's walk from Tervuren to Wezembeek (and back again!)

We were all delighted to have Jane walking with us today: her last day as a Belgian resident.  We will really miss you Jane, and wish you much happiness in your new home in the Lake District.  We hope you will come and visit us often - and we all much appreciated our final drink with you in the Mont Blanc at the end of the walk. Thank you.

It was a lovely afternoon for a walk, with a very spring-like atmosphere.  Indeed parking at Tervuren was tricky as so many people had been lured out by the sun.

Sheila had 4 ladies walking with her today, and she was delighted to welcome a new member to her group.

We felt that this statue was just waiting for a group of walking ladies to have their photo taken with him!

We took a small detour to a workshop where an artist turns trees into art and furniture - Vyvyan tried out one of his chairs!

A cat - well, there are one or two cat-lovers amongst us!

Thank you Jane for our farewell tea! We are going to miss you greatly (and not just because of your wonderful money-counting skills!)
