Joan's Walk Jesus Eik 2nd December 2013

Eleven ladies gathered  for our walk today.   It was a little chilly while waiting for everyone to arrive but we soon warmed up.    We followed the Flossendelle trail through the forest which makes it very easy for the leader as she only has to spot the blue poles - hopefully.   Our walk was about ten minutes quicker than usual - good for our fitness.   We met up at Istas with Sheila's group.
