Although the walk around the lake of Genval offers very nice views from start to finish, the photographer didn't stop very often to take pictures. You can see why. It rained all the time but everybody was happy to get out for a good workout. Generally speaking it takes more of an effort to go and walk alone when the weather is bad than to be with a group of good friends. Thanks to Melly's knowledge of the area, we ventured on new paths in the wood which made the walk more interesting.
Weren't we glad to take a seat in the Shangri-la restaurant? The owner is so welcoming and the atmosphere colourful with a lovely view on the lake
