One of the highlights of the walk was an unexpected visit to a wonderful chocolate shop (Centho Chocolates, Veeweidestraat 3, 3080 Duisburg - in case you want to go there again!) where we were greeted with samples to taste and could watch the chocolate makers at work. Many of us took the opportunity to buy chocolates and Easter eggs. There was such a big choice, it took a long time to decide what to buy...
After completing our walk, we decided against our planned refreshment stop near the Vossem church because it was full of smokers!
Instead, we drove to one of our favourite cafes, Mont Blanc in Tervuren, where we enjoyed our coffee and talked about future walks. We are all looking forward to the ambitious brand new walks planned by some of our enthusiastic newer walkers.
