Well, if it wasn't the hottest day of the year so far, it certainly felt like it this afternoon. 15 WIC Walkers joined Charlotte for her walk from Miam. It was nice to be back in Lasne again and we all enjoyed walking through the lanes and the woods.
Shelagh, back on her old stamping ground, did a Philosophers' Walk for the more philosophical walkers!
The less philosophical amongst us did 6.63km in 1 hour and 40 minutes. The Garmin says we used 356 calories, but I think that in that heat, it must have been more ...
