Well, after a rainy walk through the bois from Jezus-Eik to Tervuren and back most of the 15 of us were able to gather at the restaurant Istar for refreshments afterward. There we encountered abundant sunshine and although almost blinding, we were not complaining. We did have a bit of a challenge earlier as part of the group got behind and it was a while before we all joined up again. Even with the maps that our leader, Bonnie, furnished all of us at the start of the walk ("Thanks, Bonnie") it took some time to catch up with each other. This is mentioned to explain why there are no photos taken of the walk portion of today's outing. We were very happy to welcome back a former regular WIC walker, Antoinette, (third from the right) who now resides in Switzerlanld! We hope she will try to visit us more often.
