Christa's Brownies Recipe!!!

Yum and following so many requests already ... our "thanks" to Christa for this one ... and, of course, with appropriate credit to Nigella Lawson and her "How to be a Domestic Goddess" cookbook!

BROWNIES
375 g soft unsalted butter
375 good 'Cote d'Or' dark chocolate
6 eggs
1 Tb Vanilla extract
225 g plain flour
1 tb salt
300 g chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 180 degree
line rectangular baking pan with baking paper

Melt butter and chocolate together in a large pan.
In a bowl beat eggs , sugar and vanilla together
measure flour and salt in extra bowl and sift together

As chocolate mixture has melted let it cool a little before
beating in sugar/eggs mixture, then add flour and nuts

bake for about 25 min. They should be still quite soft in the middle.
and pronto, enjoy after cooling!
