Mon., Sept. 12th - Sheila's walk in Villers-la-Ville with several stops to enhance our understanding of the area.

Sept. 12th - a beautiful walk through forests and along streambeds though the mud was a challenge after the heavy rains.

Mon., Sept 12 - refreshments followed at the local village tavern

Fri., Sept. 9th - Sandy's walk from Dr. de Comte (Watermael-Boitsfort) through the foret. The warm weather is still with us ... even with a few rain drops which were actually refreshing!

Fri., Sept. 9th - It was fun to catch up from the summer over refreshments at the Tennis Club.

Sat., Sept. 2nd - WIC Walkers met on the Grand Place to sample some of the 240 Belgian beers on offer at the annual Beer Festival. Did they drink all of those???

Sat., Sept 3rd - Beer Festival on the Grand Place. Some serious considerations and conclusions were made!

Sat., Sept.3rd - Dinner followed at a restaurant in the Grand Place!

Fri., Sept 2nd - Sandy's walk in Auderghem. What a beautiful afternoon! We've waited a long time for this weather!

Fri., Sept. 2nd - Auderghem walk - Refreshments were welcomed on the terrace at Au Repos des Chasseurs after the walk!

7th Annual BRUSSELS BEER FESTIVAL on the Grand Place!!!

If you and yours plan to be in town this weekend (Sept. 2,3 & 4) … this is a fun event to attend. It should be mentioned in this week’s Bulletin Magazine and should run Friday through Sunday. It is a great opportunity to try a variety of Belgian beers as they usually have about 120 different choices for you to consider! Bruce and I plan to attend on Saturday afternoon about 5:30pm (weather permitting as it is outdoors) and would welcome seeing any other WIC Walkers who might also like to join us. Supper could follow at a number of nearby restaurants!
