This was it ... FINALLY!!! On our 3rd attempt to execute this walk in the Bois de la Cambre with a stop at the new Chalet Robinson restaurant/cafe on the island in the Bois for our refreshments ... As we know the weather had been a bit of a challenge lately with multiple snow falls, ice and below freezing temperatures. Today the walking was indeed treacherous ... very slippery with walking sticks the order of the day if we had them. So we made a single loop around the island before lining up for the ferry ride journey over at about 2:15pm.
